Inserted missing choice (d) for question #8 into answer section in “Targeted poker quiz 01: 7-stud (beginner)”

Changed “than usually” to “than usual” in “Some of my favorite tells: Part 1.” (Reported by Sheryl in Alabama.)

Changed letter corresponding to correct answer from “(b)” to “(a)” for answer to question #8 in “Targeted poker quiz 30: Psychology (advanced).” The correct answer was explained, but the letter was wrong. (Reported by Rene in comment beneath entry.)

Removed answer to question #10 from the first section (pre-answers) in “Targeted poker quiz 23: Tells (intermediate).” (Reported by Rene in comment beneath entry.)
