MCU poker tip: Take a break before you’re broke

I teach that poker can sometimes be a mysterious blend of frustration and aggravation. Most players don’t play their best game when things are going poorly at the table. A lot of the mental energy they need to make correct decisions quickly is used up worrying about their temporary bad luck. When this happens to you, I advise that you get up from the table (whether online or in the real world) and take a walk. Keep walking until your confidence returns.
