MCU poker tip: Play your best game

You should play your best game all the time. That sounds too simple to be of much value, but it’s really the key to poker success.

Don’t get emotionally upset when you are losing, aren’t being dealt decent cards, or just had a big hand beat. When you get upset, you play worse.

All those short periods of playing poorly added together are usually enough to undo all the profitable work you’ve done in your hours of playing perfectly. — MC

  1. Merry Christmas to all! I always try to laugh off the bad beats. (Notice I said TRY) as I know my turn will come, it’s all part of the game. I try to keep the mood positive, fun and upbeat. Don’t let them see you upset, take the bad with the good!
