Added or completed entries or pages…

Your poker image and your bankroll

Wiesenberg (s101 poker): Sophie busts out

Wiesenberg (s102 poker): Sophie and slot machine

Wiesenberg (s103 poker): Sophie, waiting to pounce

Wiesenberg (s104 poker): Sophie complains

Changed entries or pages

Corrected alphabetical order of table in “Wiesenberg: MCU Dictionary of Poker | Introduction,” positioning “A” for “ace” first

Deleted second instance of “my” in note before “Extreme poker — a vision I should keep to myself” (“My my warped vision”). (Reported by Thomas Foster.)

Made “Failure to appreciate” a separate breaker heading in “Short-handed poker, ‘P’ people, plus hold ’em misery.” It was previously part of a run-on paragraph and had an extraneous character before it. (Reported by Thomas Foster.)

Also in the “Short-handed poker…” entry referenced above, changed “fail in love” to “fall in love,” fixed “wrong-way” apostrophes in two instances of “hold ’em,” fixed misplaced space in another instance of “hold ’em,” and inserted missing period after “whatsoever.” (Reported by Thomas Foster.)

Changed “not you know” to “now you know” in final sentence of “The truth about small stud pairs” (reported by Thomas Forster), and fixed all misaligned card-suit graphics in the same entry by changing them from graphic files to Unicode characters
