Mr. Caro,
You wrote that AA should not b played hard, to push players out. The extra losses one might incur from extra players would be offset by the extra money one would win in bigger pots.
What of KK? And is there a cutoff in premium hands (say JJ or TT)

Even though KK is right next to AA, having AA is way better. With kings, you definitely want to raise more frequently, since you want hands like ace-little out of there, or make 'em pay to draw to that. You're better off running players out.

JJ — 22 are little pairs, AFAIC. Of course, bigger is better, but JJ ain't nuttin' to write home about.
