Hi Mike,
This is a heads up. I tried to give Mason Malmuth and David Sklansky a similar heads up concerning books that they publish. They rewarded me by accusing me of stealing books and banning me from their forum. Given my experience with Malmuth, I was reluctant to tell you about this because knowing how crazy you are you might try to shoot me. Anyway, I found your "Book of Tells" online and was able to download it for free. If you have trouble finding the web site send me an email at vinpokit@gmail.com .
