I’ve touched on this topic many times before. It’s important. Some people are so proud when they spot a poker tell that they act immediately and smugly. That’s a mistake! The last thing you want to do is make opponents aware that they have tells. Hesitate and act unsure, as if you’re calling or folding at whim. That way, it’s less likely that your opponents will adjust their behavior, and you’ll be able to profit from those same tells again.
